GWAA respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the DMCA. We display publicly available Instagram content hosted by Instagram and do not host the original media; where we cache public content we will remove access to specific material on a valid request.

Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice including: your signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material; your contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If material was removed in error you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.

Repeat infringers

We may restrict access for users subject to repeated valid infringement notices.
